Ramesh Iyer, Ph.D.

President & Founder

Ramesh founded MettleArc in 2021 to help North American companies source high-quality steel castings, rubber products, and forged components from a trusted network of manufacturing partners in India. Previously, he founded and led IMMCO Inc. for 26 years, growing it into a global telecom and infrastructure services company with more than 600 engineers and operations in four continents. Ramesh holds a Ph.D. in International Business from the University of Alabama and an MBA. He is based in Atlanta, where MettleArc maintains warehousing capacity to support urgent customer requirements.

Shweta Kamble

Operations & Strategy

Shweta leads operations and customer delivery systems for MettleArc, bringing a decade of experience building data and automation infrastructure at scale. She previously served as Senior Data Scientist and GTM Tech Lead at Zoom, where she built ML systems used across Finance, Trust & Safety, and Sales. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied ML/AI from Columbia Engineering.
